Is there a rule in the US college competition which allows the Libero to serve? I’m watching Penn St vs Michigan on ESPN and i swear i just saw both libs serve :S

There certainly is a rule that allows the libero to serve. They are allowed to serve once in the 6 rotations so generally you will see them serve for one of the middles.

Considering how little a libero can actually do in a match I really like this rule.

hmmm interesting move. So the libero can serve for that middle each time they go back to pos 1 in the set?

now the middles are having less and less to do :P
