    Gotta say, Mark did a talk on this in Adelaide last year and it was really good. It’s about getting training right so you get the best out of your preparation and the intelligence needed to do that.

    It certainly made me change a lot of things i did as a coach that helped improve the performance of a lot of my teams. I found i had a lot more good trainings and a lot less bad ones after the course. A definite must for coaches and players alike
