There are events coming up over the Summer that you need to be registering for now.

Have a Cracker of a time at the Masters!

Australia’s largest multisport festival is coming to Geelong, from 20 February – 1 March 2009. Why not take part with your friends and family and enjoy a summer holiday? The 12th Australian Masters Games is a ten day sports and entertainment festival open to people over the age of 30, regardless of sporting background or ability. Geelong will come alive with over 10,000 people from Australia and overseas participating in 70 sports across 80 different venues in the Geelong region.

SLAM Festival

The Slam Festival is an all day Beach Volleyball Tournament held on 8 beaches around Australia over the Summer. The event is aimed at 18-32 year olds and is a fantastic day for amateur players, professionals and everyone in between to get a team together and be involved in some friendly competition. The day is set to a backdrop of DJ’s and Festival activities and there are three finals categories to compete in so that all skill levels have a chance at a trophy. Teams are even invited to dress up to a theme with prizes given for best dressed! Tournaments conclude approx 5pm, however, the festivities continue on into the night.
